Were you going to make the crust with iced Earl Gray tea? Do you have decaf Earl Gray? I might have to try that. Here in the UK, they're small and sweet, but we had good white-fleshed peaches already in Cali that we ate out of hand, and we ordered 20 lbs from the CSA box folk to make peach butter to save for later. I'm going to make a peach crumble tomorrow morning, since I got a wee punnet here.
